1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Sturdy Scraper, a Chrome extension and related website for no-code web scraping. By using the extension or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product

Sturdy Scraper helps users select data from web pages, run local scraping jobs in the browser, and export results to local files. The product does not provide proxies, CAPTCHA bypass, anti-bot circumvention, legal advice, or guaranteed access to third-party websites.

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for using Sturdy Scraper lawfully and respecting third-party website terms, robots policies where applicable, intellectual property rights, privacy laws, and data protection obligations. Do not use the product to collect sensitive personal data, credentials, payment data, or data you are not allowed to access.

Sturdy Scraper is a general-purpose data extraction tool intended for structured data such as prices, product listings, and public catalogs. You may not use it to build contact, email, or phone number lists for unsolicited outbound marketing, cold outreach, or any other form of marketing list enrichment or resale. Accounts found using the product for these purposes will be suspended without a refund.

4. Plans and billing

The Free plan allows up to 200 rows per scrape. The Pro plan is priced at USD 9 per month or USD 79 per year, unless a different price is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may collect billing details and taxes according to its own terms and policies.

5. Local data storage

Scraped data is processed and stored locally in your browser profile. You are responsible for exporting, backing up, deleting, and securing your local data.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the product. Browser updates, extension platform changes, and third-party website changes may affect scraping behavior.

7. Disclaimer

Sturdy Scraper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every website can be scraped, that selectors will never break, or that exported data will be complete for every site.
